Stettler Learning Centre has the following policy and practices in place with regards to your personal information gathered during the registration and payment processes. It is our priority that your information is only used within our Centre and is treated with privacy and in accordance to the Freedom of Information and Protection regulations.

• All information is stored in secure, password protected databases and platform.
  Paintearth Community Adult Learning Council uses the information you provide to register you in requested programs and process payment.
• Demographic information is used to report to our funders and remains anonymous.
• Email addresses provided during registration will be automatically subscribed to our electronic newsletter. You are provided with an option to unsubscribe with every email we send out. None of your information or contact details will be shared with anyone else.

Please note that if you use PayPal or Credit Card to pay online, you are also subject to the privacy and data gathering policies of those websites and applications.
